Key Responsibilities

  • Data Verification & Cleansing: Review incoming information, identify inconsistencies, and correct errors to maintain data integrity.
  • Confidentiality Management: Safeguard sensitive client and internal data by adhering to strict security protocols and privacy standards.
  • Record Organization: Maintain both digital and, when required, physical records in an orderly, searchable format.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members from finance, operations, marketing, and product to ensure data aligns with departmental needs.
  • Reporting & Summarization: Generate routine reports, dashboards, and data summaries that help stakeholders track performance metrics.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry, information management, or related fields are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years proven experience in data entry, transcription, or a similar role that required meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high accuracy rates (≥ 99%) while handling large data sets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation)—and familiarity with data entry software such as Google Sheets, Airtable, or proprietary arenaflex platforms.
