• *Key Responsibilities:**

As a Director - Clinical Research Scientist, you'll contribute to the success of our clinical trials by:

• Collaborating with the Therapeutic Area VP of Clinical Development to design, conduct, analyze, and report clinical trials
• Applying your scientific training and clinical research experience to support all aspects of drug development, from pre-clinical discovery to commercialization
• Facilitating the transition of molecules from pre-clinical discovery to supporting the registration and commercialization of a product
• Providing input and direction to clinical research teams with appropriate supervision
• Collaborating in a cross-functional setting with other departments, such as Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and Biostatistics
• *Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An advanced degree in Sciences (e.g., MD or equivalent, PharmD, PhD) preferred, but not required. Advanced masters degree with experience will be considered
• Clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, academia, or equivalent is preferred. At least 2 years of experience as a CRS in the pharmaceutical industry is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide input and direction to clinical research teams
• A strong desire to collaborate in a cross-functional setting
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory and compliance requirements governing clinical trials, and experience in the design of study protocols
