Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and challenges.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that align with each client's therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to the group dynamic and individual requirements.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, collaborating on client care strategies and participating in case reviews to ensure holistic support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision, regularly participating in case conferences to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

Preferred Experience We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling. Compensation and Benefits
