Position Summary

arenaflex is seeking an enthusiastic, results‑driven International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role operates on a late‑night/early‑morning schedule and is fully remote, serving customers across the United States East Coast. You will engage prospective travelers via live chat and phone, turning inquiries into bookings, and helping guests discover the perfect cruise experience with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound contacts through web‑chat, phone, and email to qualified leads, guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Identify travel needs, recommend tailored itineraries, and present arenaflex’s cruise products, including stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and specialty amenities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex’s fleet, current itineraries, pricing structures, and promotional offers to provide accurate, compelling information.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with new and existing guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Update and manage prospect lists and contact databases, tracking travel trends and preferences to personalize outreach.
  • Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets, contributing to team and company‑wide sales goals.
  • Participate actively in daily team huddles, sales training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously refine selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted mass‑email campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Provide timely follow‑up on all leads, ensuring that each interaction moves the prospect closer to a confirmed reservation.
  • Adhere to arenaxflex’s professional dress code and presentation standards during video calls and virtual meetings.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of outbound sales experience; two years preferred, with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Prior experience in cruise sales, travel consulting, or hospitality is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex product details clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms, web‑chat tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Split Shift – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: 6 am – 10 am & 5 pm – 9 pm
  • Split Shift – Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 8 am – 12 pm & 7 pm – 11 pm
