Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Escalate complex service requests or technical issues to the appropriate arenaflex support team.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product catalogs, promotions, and holiday‑season specials.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow‑up and reporting.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Adhere to scheduled break times and log all call activity according to arenaxflex’s quality standards.
  • Participate in brief, paid training sessions that cover system navigation, product details, and compliance policies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Resident of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and a wired Ethernet setup.
  • PC or laptop running Windows 10 or Windows 11 (no Mac, Chromebook, or legacy operating systems).
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 2nd Gen or newer, OR Intel i‑Series 8th Gen or newer with at least four cores.
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM and at least 10 GB of free hard‑disk space.
  • Functional USB headset with a microphone and ability to use function (F‑) keys while speaking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, pleasant speaking voice.
  • Ability to work 30+ hours per week between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
  • Availability to take Thanksgiving Thursday (Nov 28) and the following Friday (Nov 29) off.
