  • File Organization: Systematically organize both electronic and physical case files, applying consistent naming conventions and filing structures.
  • Document Preparation Support: Gather, verify, and format information required for pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of data entries and documentation to confirm completeness and compliance with internal standards.
  • Attorney & Staff Collaboration: Provide rapid access to case‑related information, responding to requests from attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
