Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process a wide variety of orders, from standard product requests to complex, multi‑line transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with arenaflex’s internal standards.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, performing routine audits, data entry, and record‑keeping to support the Corporate Sales Team’s strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize the arenaflex Customer Contact Tool, Viewer System Console, and Salesforce Management Dashboard to track order status, resolve issues, and provide real‑time updates to stakeholders.
  • Generate and manage “Holds” reports, collaborating with internal teams to resolve any order holds or exceptions promptly.
  • Prepare and execute both electronic and manual order entry processes, ensuring that each transaction is captured correctly in the system.
  • Provide proactive sales support by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and recommending additional arenaflex solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Sales Team, sharing insights, feedback, and recommendations to improve overall service delivery.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to continuously enhance your skill set and stay current with arenaflex product offerings.

Additional Support Functions

  • Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communications, such as status updates, policy changes, and procedural guides.
  • Support the onboarding of new corporate accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and consistent service standards.
  • Contribute to the development of best‑practice documentation for order management and customer service workflows.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, offering suggestions for process enhancements, technology upgrades, and efficiency gains.

Essential Qualifications

  • Communication Excellence: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and courteously—both verbally and in writing—with customers, colleagues, and senior leadership.
