We are looking for an associate project manager to support the execution of a portfolio transforming how and where we work. As an Associate Project Manager within the Workplace Solutions team, you will be responsible for: Supports project and operational processes, problem solving and troubleshooting issues as they arise with systems and cross-functional teams Supports pulling together and leveraging project resources such as talent, materials, and budget. Ensures projects are aligned with Starbucks and departmental strategy and planning processes. Drives small cross-functional projects, leading co-located teams We d Love To Hear From People With 1-2 years project management including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications. 2 yrs participation in a variety of projects with progressive responsibility and leadership. Ability to learn quickly and navigate new tools and systems Experience with project-related financial processes, including contracting, purchase orders, invoicing, budgeting, and financial controls.
