Key Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound shipments, verify documentation, and sign off on receipt while maintaining meticulous records of each delivery.
  • Efficiently pack and unpack a diverse range of items, ensuring each product is protected, correctly labeled, and ready for the next stage of the supply chain.
  • Inspect all incoming and outgoing packages for damage, accuracy, and compliance with order specifications, promptly reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Match packages to purchase orders and invoices, confirming quantity, quality, pricing, and other critical details before processing.
  • Generate and affix accurate shipping labels, customs paperwork, and any required regulatory documentation for domestic and international shipments.
  • Coordinate with local stores and third‑party carriers to schedule pick‑ups, drop‑offs, and special handling requests.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date digital logs of shipments, inventory movements, and invoice statuses using arenaflex’s proprietary logistics platform.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including customer service, inventory control, and finance—to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance overall fulfillment efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional remote customer support, answering inquiries about order status, shipping timelines, and return procedures with professionalism and empathy.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in logistics, business administration, or related fields is a plus.
