Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers via live chat across multiple time zones, providing accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Identify sales opportunities within chat conversations, guide customers through the purchasing process, and close deals on shipping containers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex’s product catalog, including dimensions, materials, certifications, and customization options.
  • Collaborate with the sales, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Document chat interactions in the CRM system, track leads, and update customer records with precision.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, product webinars, and performance reviews to continuously sharpen sales and communication skills.
  • Adhere to the scheduled work hours of 9 am–6 pm EST, Monday through Friday, while remaining flexible to accommodate global customer needs.
  • Uphold arenaflex’s standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in every interaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in live chat support, e‑commerce, or remote sales—preferably within the logistics, manufacturing, or wholesale sectors.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and clarity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet productivity targets without constant supervision.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a computer that meets arenaflex’s technical specifications.
  • Flexibility to work across a wide range of global time zones, as outlined in the schedule (EST, MST, ART, UTC‑4, UTC‑4:30, UTC‑3, UTC‑2, SBT, GMT, CET, EET, MSK, JST, CST, WIB, MMT, BST, NPT, IST, UZT, IRDT, GST, CVT, WAT, SAST, EAT).
  • Strong sense of integrity, a customer‑first mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and live chat tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk).
  • Background in container logistics, freight forwarding, or related supply‑chain disciplines.
  • Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, French, or Mandarin, to better serve a diverse client base.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with payment processors such as Wise or Payoneer.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $500 per month, paid twice per month via Wise or Payoneer.

Commission Structure: Earn a 5% commission on every container sold through live chat, typically translating to $20–$30 per transaction.

Paid Time Off: Generous paid sick days, holidays (including Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, New Year’s Day, and New Year’s Eve), and additional company‑wide incentives.

Contractual Employment: A clear contract outlining responsibilities, compensation, and performance expectations.
