Join us as we continue to redefine logistics excellence and customer service innovation.

Position Overview

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital frontline role in elevating the customer experience by providing real-time, in-person, and digital support at one of our last-mile delivery stations. Your mission will be to ensure every customer receives their packages on time, as promised, with a smile that reflects our brand promise. You will act as a critical bridge between customers, delivery partners, warehouse associates, and internal experts—connecting people with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their deliveries.

This isn't just about fulfilling orders. It's about putting smiles on faces, solving problems before they escalate, and embodying the customer-obsessed culture that defines arenaflex. If you're energized by fast-paced environments, love helping people, and thrive on making impactful decisions, this role is your opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Liaison at a Locker+ / Counter+ Hub, your day will be dynamic, hands-on, and deeply rewarding. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Direct Customer Communication: Engaging with customers face-to-face at the delivery station, as well as over the phone and via email, to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Empathetic Problem Solving: Prioritizing customer needs with genuine empathy, actively listening to understand their concerns, and working diligently to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Brand Representation: Upholding arenaflex's core values and treating every customer interaction as an opportunity to reinforce trust, loyalty, and brand integrity.
  • Issue Resolution: Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving a wide range of delivery-related issues while setting clear, appropriate expectations with customers throughout the process.
  • Clear and Concise Correspondence: Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues across multiple communication channels.
  • Logical Decision-Making: Approaching problems with a logical, solutions-oriented mindset, using sound judgment to determine the best possible outcome for each unique customer scenario.
  • Rapid Response: Making quick, effective decisions on behalf of the customer, particularly in time-sensitive situations where delays could impact satisfaction.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Working a flexible full-time schedule of 40+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet operational demands.

Physical Requirements

This role involves physical activity in a dynamic warehouse and delivery station environment. With or without reasonable accommodation, you will be expected to:

  • Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
  • Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout your shift
  • Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
  • Work in an environment where noise levels can be loud (hearing protection will be provided)
  • Work in an environment where temperature may vary due to outside weather conditions and is not climate-controlled

A Day in the Life

Imagine starting your day at one of arenaflex's state-of-the-art last-mile delivery warehouses—the final stop in our industry-leading logistics network. As orders are dispatched and delivery routes come alive, you'll be at the center of the action, communicating with warehouse associates, coordinating with delivery partners, and assisting customers who need real-time guidance.

If a customer needs to reschedule a delivery, you'll promptly inform the relevant delivery partners. If you spot a potential delivery issue, you'll jump into action immediately, resolving it on the spot to ensure the customer enjoys a seamless experience without ever needing to escalate their concern. Operating at the heart of arenaflex's logistics engine, you'll develop deep expertise in supply chain operations, local delivery networks, and customer experience best practices—skills that will set you apart in the industry. Every day, you'll connect with customers, apply your growing knowledge of our systems, and make a tangible difference in their lives.
