Position Overview

Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative – Logistics Support Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $25 – $45 per hour (commensurate with experience and shift selection) Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM standard shift, with flexible scheduling options available Location: Fully Remote – United States Residents Only

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our diverse customer base. Whether a customer is tracking a time-sensitive business shipment, scheduling a pickup, processing a return, or simply asking a question about our services, you will be there to provide timely, accurate, and friendly assistance. Key Responsibilities

  • Returns and Refund Processing: Assist customers with initiating returns, troubleshooting issues with damaged or lost packages, and processing refunds or replacement requests in accordance with arenaflex policies.
  • Issue Resolution and Escalation: Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. When necessary, escalate complex issues to specialized teams while ensuring the customer remains informed and confident that their concern is being addressed.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, accurate records of every customer interaction in our CRM system. Proper documentation ensures continuity of service, supports quality assurance, and helps identify trends that can improve operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, dispatch, billing, and technical support teams to resolve customer issues holistically. Collaboration is key to delivering seamless service experiences.
