As a leader in the retail technology space, we are committed to leveraging advanced analytics, secure identity verification, and customer intelligence to drive smarter business decisions and more personalized service. Our Customer Analytics Center of Excellence is the strategic heart of how we understand, protect, and serve our customers, and we are looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead this critical function.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity based anywhere in the United States. You will join a high-impact, cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and strategists who are passionate about building the next generation of customer analytics platforms. If you are an experienced product leader who thrives at the intersection of data, privacy, and customer experience, this role offers the chance to shape the future of how arenaflex delivers insights, ensures data integrity, and maintains the trust of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Product Manager for the Customer Analytics Center, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a portfolio of products that empower internal teams to access high-quality, privacy-compliant customer insights. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Product Strategy and Execution: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Customer Analytics Center, from concept and discovery through delivery and continuous improvement, ensuring that the platform meets the evolving needs of internal stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of quality, security, and accessibility.
  • Defining and Communicating Vision: Articulate a clear, compelling product strategy, prioritization framework, and delivery roadmap for the Customer Analytics Center. Communicate this vision effectively to executive leadership, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners across the organization.
  • Building Secure, Scalable Tools: Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to design, build, and scale the systems and tools that enable internal teams to safely analyze customer data and digital identity while maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance of all information.
  • Establishing KPIs and Success Metrics: Define, track, and continuously refine key performance indicators and operational metrics that measure the success, adoption, and business impact of the Customer Analytics Center. Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve the product over time.
  • Staying Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor the latest advancements in customer digital identity, behavioral analytics, data privacy regulations, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for product innovation, differentiation, and competitive advantage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Marketing, and other business units to deliver best-in-class customer analytics solutions that balance business value with a strong commitment to data security and customer privacy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with internal customers of the analytics platform, gathering requirements, prioritizing requests, and ensuring that the product delivers meaningful value to teams across arenaflex.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Serve as a thought leader and mentor within the product organization, sharing best practices in product management, customer analytics, and privacy-by-design principles.
