Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—such as Billing, Technical Support, Sales, and Operations—to expedite issue resolution and share critical insights.

  • Achieve and exceed established service level agreements (SLAs), quality scores, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets on a consistent basis.

Essential Qualifications
