Role Summary
Reporting to the Senior Experience Design Lead, you will manage the end‑to‑end workflow of partner‑focused projects, from initial client discovery through concept development, design execution, and final delivery. Your responsibilities blend meticulous data management, strategic client communication, and creative support for design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Partnership Management: Build new relationships or nurture existing ones by understanding client DNA, business objectives, and target audiences.
- Concept Development: Craft layered, visionary experience design proposals that win new business and deepen existing engagements.
- Strategic Planning: Ideate long‑term experiential concepts that inspire clients to collaborate with arenaflex on future initiatives.
- Pitch Toolkit Creation: Develop adaptable brand story frameworks that can be customized for each client or partnership.
- Creative Support: Provide design direction across all workstreams, ensuring consistency with arenaflex’s brand standards while encouraging innovative thinking.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (required).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Brand Designer, Experience Designer, or in a comparable role within an agency or in‑house design team.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a breadth of experiential projects, brand activations, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry‑standard design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience with digital design platforms, web layout, and emerging technologies such as AR/VR or interactive installations.
