Role Overview
As the Representation Supervisor (also known as the Data & Analytics Visualization Manager), you will lead the design, development, and delivery of data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical solutions that drive business performance for arenaflex’s North America Operating Unit (NAOU). You will partner closely with Data & Analytics Leads, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the final deliverables provide clear, actionable intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a core member of the Stage Management Digital Services Product Delivery team, championing data exploration, insight generation, and storytelling for the NAOU.
- Collaborate directly with Data & Analytics Leads, Product Managers, and business partners to capture needs, translate them into data products, and prioritize delivery pipelines.
- Analyze and work with multiple data sources—both internal (e.g., sales, finance, supply chain) and external (e.g., Nielsen, market research, consumer panels).
- Become a super‑user of dashboards, datasets, and models created by data engineers and analysts, ensuring you can both consume and critique the outputs effectively.
- Maintain data products and projects by delivering new analytical insight solutions, supporting testing, and authoring user stories that guarantee high‑quality insights for end‑users.
