[Remote] Oracle Functional Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mastech Digital is seeking Oracle HCM Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for an HR Transformation project. The role involves supporting Oracle HCM modules, collaborating with HR teams, configuring system setups, and ensuring quality through testing and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support an HR Transformation project for Oracle HCM modules - Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management & Learn, or Time & Absence
- Collaborate with HR and cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop and customize HCM workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions
- Configure and maintain HCM system setups, including organization structures, positions, and security profiles
- Perform system testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure the quality and accuracy of HCM applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, data models, and application specifications
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle HCM technologies and industry trends
- Convert business requirements into functional specs
- Conduct and design workshops and Conference Room Pilot
- Lead workstream delivery from end to end
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
Skills
- Proven experience as an Oracle HCM SME
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules
- Experience in developing and customizing HCM workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
