[Remote] Senior Data Analyst - Qlik Analytics & AI-Driven BI

Holistic Partners, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst specializing in Qlik Analytics and AI-Driven Business Intelligence. The role involves transforming complex enterprise data into actionable insights, focusing on dashboard development, data modeling, and advancing analytics initiatives such as AI-enabled reporting and predictive analytics.
Responsibilities
- Client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in Qlik Sense/QlikView development, data analytics, and modern business intelligence solutions
- This individual will play a key role in transforming complex enterprise data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in dashboard development, data modeling, data quality, and enterprise reporting, while also helping advance next-generation analytics initiatives including AI-enabled reporting, semantic data layers, conversational BI, and predictive analytics capabilities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related roles
- Strong hands-on expertise with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView development
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Strong understanding of data quality management and data governance principles
- Experience working within enterprise-scale data integration environments
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience with scripting and automation tools such as Python, PowerShell, or similar
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, augmented analytics, or intelligent reporting platforms
- Experience building or supporting semantic layers, metrics layers, or business data models
- Familiarity with conversational BI tools, natural language querying, or AI copilots
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within transportation, logistics, fleet management, or supply chain environments
- Knowledge of modern analytics architectures, including lakehouse and cloud-native solutions
- Experience supporting enterprise reporting modernization initiatives
