[Remote] Data Engineer (10+ Years)-Remote with SQL Expert(Fulltime Role)

The role involves developing and maintaining ETL pipelines, conducting data profiling, and collaborating with product and QA teams to refine requirements.
Responsibilities
- Profile data to identify primary keys, data quality issues, and relationships
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines on the client's data platform
- Perform data de-duplication, dimensional modeling, and data transformations
- Conduct unit, functional, and performance testing
- Collaborate with Product and QA teams to refine requirements and resolve issues
- Mentor junior team members and support team onboarding
- Take ownership and proactively contribute across projects
Skills
- SQL (Expert): CTEs, complex joins, analytic/window functions
- Data Profiling: Keys, cardinality, data types, precision/scale, data skew
- Python (Intermediate+): ETL and data processing
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Snowflake: Hands-on experience preferred
- Healthcare domain experience (preferably Payer)
- Data Modeling experience
- DBT hands-on experience
- Additional Python and Snowflake expertise
