[Remote] Instructional Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking an Instructional Designer to create effective learning solutions and develop e-learning courses. The role involves applying the ADDIE instructional design model and collaborating with team members to manage timelines and report progress.
Responsibilities
- Apply the ADDIE instructional design model
- Analyze content and design effective learning solutions
- Develop e-learning courses, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and job aids
- Use standard templates and follow established guidelines, procedures, and quality standards
- Manage timelines, report progress, and escalate issues when needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members using communication and collaboration tools
Skills
- 5+ years of instructional design, training, or learning experience
- Proficiency in: Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Microsoft Word & PowerPoint, WellSaid, Camtasia
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Performance, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or a related field
- Experience in a consumer-focused organization
- Background in healthcare and/or insurance industries
