Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering solutions
- Design and develop technical solutions to address complex engineering problems
- Conduct system integration, testing, and validation to ensure the performance and reliability of technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues to maintain system functionality
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference and compliance
Skills
- Proficiency in Java 17 and Spring Boot Microservices
- Experience with REST API, PostgreSQL, and ReactJS
- Understanding of Qlik and severance business plans and rules
- Experience in the HR domain
- Relevant certifications or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the HR domain is a plus
- Familiarity with severance business plans and rules
