The role involves creating, refining, and optimizing copy for various marketing assets while analyzing performance to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, conversion-focused copy for websites, landing pages, emails, and campaigns
- Write compelling CTAs, sales collateral, and funnel content designed to drive action
- Produce SEO-optimized content aligned with search intent and structured for readability and performance
- Develop and refine landing pages with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Use AI tools effectively
- Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and high quality
- Maintain and enforce a consistent brand voice across all channels
- Apply strong attention to detail across all deliverables
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Iterate on copy based on data, testing, and insights
- Continuously optimize messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to execute campaigns
- Manage briefs effectively and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Balance speed and quality, delivering strong work within tight timelines
- Contribute to a culture of high standards and continuous improvement
Skills
- Excellent copywriting skills with a strong focus on clarity and conversion
- Strong editing and proofreading abilities, with a high bar for quality
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and search intent
- Experience writing for conversion, including landing pages, funnels, and CTAs
- Ability to analyze content performance and iterate effectively
- Skilled at using AI tools strategically
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand voice consistently
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with design and development teams
- Able to manage multiple projects and deliver quickly without sacrificing quality
- Pragmatic, organized, and solution-oriented
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or similar roles
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HubSpot and Figma is a plus
