[Remote] Inbound Customer Service Representative (REMOTE/ONLY CA CANDIDATES)

They are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing member support team, helping members with benefits and eligibility inquiries in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls from health plan members
- Resolve member inquiries related to:
- Prescription benefits (RX)
- Primary Care Provider (PCP) information
- Benefits and coverage
- Eligibility and enrollment
- Provide accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Utilize multiple systems and applications to research and resolve member concerns
- Document interactions and follow established service procedures
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support
Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong computer and phone system proficiency
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends
- Previous call center experience
- Healthcare customer service experience
- Experience supporting Medicaid, Medicare, benefits, or health plan members
