[Remote] Account Executive, Media & Entertainment

The Account Executive, Media & Entertainment role involves providing bespoke travel services for premium clients, ensuring excellent customer service while managing various travel-related requests and bookings.
Responsibilities
- Book meet-and-greet services, private charter flights, and any other concierge-type requests needed
- Offer tailor-made service, even if they want you to book their personal travel as well
- Be aware of the budget and offer the best deals possible
- Handle amendments, cancellations, schedule changes, and disruptions
- Source and rate negotiation with suppliers and fulfill payment process on behalf of client
- Deliver excellent customer service each time
Skills
- You have previous experience in entertainment and/or VIP travel
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, procedures, and processes
- Advanced skills in travel industry systems – Sabre required
- Proven excellent customer service provision and problem-resolution skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to establish rapport and develop lasting relationships with the booker and traveler
- Proven ability to come up with effective travel solutions
