[Remote] IT Project Manager (Retail Store Technology & Cybersecurity)

Holistic Partners, Inc is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead high-priority IT transformation initiatives focused on Retail Store Technology and Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will oversee project delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful execution of complex IT programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of retail technology and cybersecurity projects
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Architecture, Finance, and Business units
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive governance processes, project reviews, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Provide regular status updates and executive-level communications
- Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, forecasts, and contractual deliverables
- Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams while maintaining project timelines and objectives
Skills
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Strong retail industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing Store Technology projects such as POS, self-checkout systems, in-store tablets, or related retail platforms
- Experience leading Cybersecurity initiatives including Disaster Recovery, Security Remediation, or Risk Mitigation programs
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and project financials
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ServiceNow Portfolio Management
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives
