[Remote] Customer Service Representative II

Abacus Service Corporation is a global organization seeking a dedicated individual to join their remote team as a Customer Service Representative II. In this role, you will manage customer service activities, resolve issues affecting orders, and enhance supply chain processes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve issues affecting multiple orders/customers, leading cross-functional meetings
- Handle day-to-day customer service activities, including order entry, expedited orders, and customer credits
- Lead continuous improvement projects and manage high-volume promotional activities
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners
- Act as a liaison between departments and customers to ensure timely and accurate order processing
Skills
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year in a customer-facing role
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Three years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center
- Knowledge of supply chain, order management, and customer services processes
- Experience with CCNA Product Supply system, Salesforce, and SAP
