Requirements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset • Effective negotiation skills • A business-related degree is preferred but not required • Can effectively build relationships • Willingness to consistently preform outbound activity to source clients and canidates • Willingness to be coached and follow a proven system Applicants should have an entrepreneurial mindset and be goal-orientated.
