[Remote] Lead Enterprise Analyst

They are seeking a Lead Enterprise Analyst to manage complex projects and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and healthcare industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead project Concept phases to define product vision, scope, and high-level requirements
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements using industry-standard methodologies including interviews, workshops, use cases, and process modeling
- Ensure all requirement statements are complete, consistent, traceable, and conform to established standards
- Facilitate requirements analysis, peer reviews, and verification processes across large, complex programs
- Manage requirements traceability using commercial requirements management tools throughout project lifecycles
- Coach and mentor Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts on requirements gathering methodology and best practices
- Lead communication across project teams, PMO, and business units to ensure alignment of expectations
- Drive continuous improvement of team processes, methodologies, and tools
- Manage change control processes and navigate cross-functional impacts of business decisions
- Deliver comprehensive, high-quality requirements documentation that drives successful project outcomes
- Build strong partnerships across business and IT teams, fostering collaboration and shared understanding
- Elevate the capabilities of the enterprise analysis team through effective mentorship and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to enterprise-wide process improvements that advance organizational goals
- Ensure seamless integration of complex systems while maintaining focus on end-user needs and business value
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience plus 7+ years of progressively responsible business analysis experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and business modeling
- Proficiency with enterprise business process models, iterative development lifecycles, requirements management tools, and structured analysis methodologies
- Proven ability to lead projects and programs, facilitate large groups, and mentor team members
- Strong ability to discover true requirements underlying feature requests and align them with business and technical approaches
- Outstanding written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills with experience facilitating discussions between senior management and technical teams
- Experience with large-scale systems integration, complex business modeling, root cause analysis, and conflict management
- Ability to thrive in complex environments, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, and/or financial services industries preferred
- General knowledge of healthcare business processes and systems is a plus
