Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals, families, and business owners to evaluate healthcare coverage needs
- Educate clients on available health insurance and supplemental coverage options
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
- Guide clients through the enrollment process and answer questions regarding their coverage
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Utilize virtual communication tools to conduct appointments and manage client interactions
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed
