Junior Product Manager

Step by step, you’ll grow into more ownership and help us shape the future of digital education. What You’ll Do Run product experiments to optimize user experience and drive product growth. Dive into user behavior data to uncover insights and help find ways to improve key metrics. Support the product team in prioritizing, brainstorming, and testing growth ideas. Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring ideas to life. Learn how data-driven product decisions are made and gradually take ownership of your own product areas. What You Need to Join Us Experience: 1+ years of commercial experience in marketing, product analytics, or project management. Analytical Mindset: A basic understanding of product/marketing analytics and comfort working with numbers. Mindset: High curiosity, a strong proactive drive, and a readiness to experiment and learn from mistakes (we value data over assumptions!). Soft Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within a team.
