Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for executing existing reporting and analytical tasks while contributing to the development of new analytical capabilities. Your primary duties will include:

• Reporting and Analysis Execution (30%): Execute existing reporting and analytical responsibilities with precision and timeliness. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating recurring reports, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering analytical outputs that meet established quality standards. This includes working with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translating those requirements into reliable, automated solutions.
• Dashboard and Report Development (20%): Utilize data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc visualizations that address evolving business questions. You will leverage modern BI tools to develop interactive dashboards that enable business users to explore data independently. This includes designing intuitive data visualizations that communicate complex findings in accessible, easily understood formats.
• Quality Assurance and Attention to Detail (20%): Ensure the quality of all work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail. You will implement rigorous quality checks to validate data accuracy, identify anomalies, and ensure analytical conclusions are supported by robust evidence.
