We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Alternative Investments team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that trade, transfer, and corporate‑action activities are recorded flawlessly, reconciled promptly, and communicated clearly to internal partners and external stakeholders.
About the Role – Why It Matters
The Remote Data Entry Specialist is the backbone of our transaction processing workflow. You will be responsible for daily reconciliation of trade and transfer activities, identification and resolution of break‑points between arenaflex and fund administrators, and the accurate execution of corporate‑action events such as dividends and mergers. Your work directly influences the integrity of client accounts, the reputation of arenaflex, and the overall experience of advisors and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade & Transfer Reconciliation: Review, validate, and reconcile daily trade and transfer entries for alternative investment products, ensuring all discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
- Break‑Point Identification: Detect and analyze mismatches between arenaflex records and fund administrators, initiating corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
- Corporate Action Processing: Execute and reconcile corporate‑action events (e.g., dividends, splits, mergers) across client accounts, adhering to regulatory timelines and internal policies.
- Exception Management: Research and resolve complex or escalated issues, collaborating with internal teams, fund companies, and external partners to deliver timely solutions.
- Technology Validation: Participate in testing and validation of new system enhancements, vendor updates, and automation tools, providing feedback to improve functionality.
- Regulatory Compliance: Apply knowledge of governing regulations (e.g., Rule 2340, Rule 15C3‑3) to ensure all processing activities meet compliance standards.

- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Retail and Institutional Service Teams, fund administrators, clearing partners, and internal technology groups via arenaflex, email, phone, and collaborative platforms.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in data entry, trade reconciliation, or a related financial operations role.
- Strong understanding of alternative investment products (e.g., hedge funds, private equity, REITs).
