What You'll Do Every Day as a Customer Care Professional
- Service inbound calls while actively engaging and conversing with small business owners and executives, learning about their unique needs, and recommending the right arenaflex Small Business Services (SBS) products to meet those needs.
- Deliver elevated levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the appropriate product features, benefits, and differentiators of arenaflex Small Business Services.
- Continuously refine key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales with confidence and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer service environment.
- Document critical account information accurately in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Uphold integrity at all times by complying with all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Customer service experience (2+ years) with a genuine passion for building customer loyalty through active listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven success in a customer care and sales environment (2+ years) with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with the capability to multitask efficiently and navigate multiple online systems simultaneously.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Education benefits are available to support continued learning and career advancement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in financial services, small business consulting, or B2B sales environments.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, virtual communication tools, and digital customer engagement systems.
- Demonstrated ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities without compromising customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a strong plus.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual contact center setting.
