About the Role: Be the Heart of the Customer Experience

As a Delivery Station Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex, you will serve as the critical human link between our logistics operations and the customers we serve. Working from one of our state-of-the-art last-mile delivery stations, you will provide real-time, hands-on support to ensure every package reaches its destination as promised. This isn't just a customer service job—it's a chance to be part of a movement that transforms how the world experiences delivery.

You will engage directly with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and through email, becoming their trusted guide through the delivery process. Whether a customer needs to reschedule a delivery, has questions about their package's whereabouts, or requires immediate resolution of an issue, you will be empowered to make decisions that prioritize their satisfaction. Your empathy, judgment, and commitment to excellence will define the arenaflex experience.

Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do Every Day

  • Direct Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers through in-person interactions at the delivery station, as well as via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information about their orders.
  • Empathetic Problem Resolution: Listen actively to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and prioritize their needs to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Uphold Company Values: Represent arenaflex with integrity, respect, and professionalism in every interaction, treating each customer as a valued individual.
  • Issue Management: Resolve customer concerns efficiently while setting clear, appropriate expectations about resolution timelines and processes.
  • Clear Communication: Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer inquiries, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every message.
  • Logical Decision-Making: Approach problems analytically, using sound judgment to determine the best outcome for both the customer and the company.
  • Quick, Effective Action: Make rapid decisions on behalf of customers to resolve issues in real time, minimizing friction and maximizing satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse associates, delivery partners, and logistics coordinators to address delivery challenges and improve outcomes.
  • Flexibility in Scheduling: Maintain availability for a full-time schedule of 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to work various shifts as operational needs require.

Physical Requirements: What the Role Demands

This position involves active, on-the-ground work in a dynamic warehouse environment. Associates must be able to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Carry, lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 49 pounds

  • Stand and walk for periods lasting up to 12 hours
  • Work in environments where noise levels vary and can be loud (hearing protection provided)
  • Work in environments where temperature fluctuates based on outside weather conditions and is not climate-controlled

A Day in the Life at arenaflex

Imagine starting your shift at one of our bustling last-mile delivery warehouses, the operational heart of arenaflex's renowned logistics network. As orders flow through our system, you become the essential point of contact for customers who need guidance, support, or reassurance. When a customer calls needing to reschedule a delivery, you coordinate seamlessly with our delivery partners to make it happen. When you spot a potential delivery issue, you dive in immediately to resolve it—often before the customer even realizes there was a problem.

Your day is a blend of problem-solving, relationship-building, and operational excellence. You'll develop deep expertise in supply chain dynamics, local delivery networks, and customer relationship management.
