Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolving Issues and Complaints: Address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex matters to senior team members when appropriate while maintaining ownership of the resolution process.
  • Processing Transactions: Manage bookings, modifications, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately while adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Document all customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions within our CRM platform to ensure a seamless guest experience and support team-wide reporting.
  • Sharing Product Knowledge: Stay current on arenaflex partner properties, promotions, services, and policies to provide guests with the most relevant and helpful information.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Partner with internal departments such as operations, training, and quality assurance to continuously improve the guest experience and identify opportunities for process enhancement.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, candidates should possess the following:

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in customer service, with prior exposure to the hospitality, travel, or accommodations industry strongly preferred.
