Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our remote team based in Puerto Rico. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, delivering scripted dialogues to schedule attorneys for upcoming hearings, managing high‑volume outreach, and upholding our standards of exceptional client support.
