Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Consultation

  • Provide exceptional, consultative service to customers via phone, chat, and email, anticipating needs and recommending tailored solutions.

Order Management & Fulfillment Support

  • Accurately capture and process customer orders using arenaflex’s order management system, ensuring all details (specifications, quantities, deadlines) are entered correctly.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to schedule print jobs, prepare shipments, and track deliveries.
  • Prepare and label packages, weigh shipments, and verify that all items meet quality and safety standards before dispatch.

Retail Operations & Inventory Oversight (Remote)

  • Monitor inventory levels of consumables (paper, ink, packaging materials) and initiate restocking requests to avoid service interruptions.
