Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑obsessed, and self‑motivated individual to join arenaflex as a Remote Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager. Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the 3P marketplace segment, including seasonal trends, regional demand patterns, and competitive dynamics.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard high‑potential sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and one‑on‑one presentations.
- Conduct thorough market gap analyses to uncover product opportunities and recommend go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that attract top‑tier vendors.
- Guide sellers on best practices for online merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and fulfillment, leveraging data‑driven insights to boost sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams—product, operations, legal, and finance—to resolve seller issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation of seller contracts, product listings, pricing structures, and performance metrics within arenaflex’s CRM and analytics tools.
- Monitor competitor activity, track marketplace health indicators, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on growth opportunities and risk factors.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, sharing feedback from sellers to influence platform enhancements and new feature development.
- Balance multiple priorities, manage a pipeline of prospective sellers, and meet or exceed quarterly onboarding and revenue targets.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue or quota targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
- Strong interest in launching new products and expanding into emerging markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office suite applications; familiarity with CRM or marketplace platforms is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with solid quantitative abilities; comfortable interpreting large data sets and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
