Key Responsibilities

  • Generate internal analytical reports that support operational decision‑making and client performance tracking.
  • Obtain, verify, and process client information and transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing electronic and physical records.
  • Process return mail, manage bankruptcy filings, and handle other specialized client documentation as required.
  • Document all processes and procedures, creating clear, searchable files that streamline future workflows.
  • Prepare and send weekly and monthly client remittances on schedule, guaranteeing timely financial communication.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance calls with clients, delivering insights and addressing any concerns.
  • Provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance to consumers and clients via the Client Services phone line.
  • Support the Client Services Supervisor with ad‑hoc tasks, project coordination, and special initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a client services, customer support, or similar role, demonstrating an ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
