Role Overview
The arenaflex Support & Sales Lead sits at the intersection of customer success and membership acquisition. You will be the primary voice for our members, championing their needs while also guiding prospective members through the decision‑making process. This hands‑on role requires a blend of empathy, strategic thinking, and sales acumen to ensure our community remains vibrant, fully booked, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end arenaflex Support function, overseeing all email and messaging channels with members.
- Act as the liaison between members and internal teams, translating member feedback into actionable product and service improvements.
- Guide newly accepted applicants through onboarding, helping them feel confident and excited about joining arenaflex.
- Advise members on the most suitable Chapters (local hubs) based on their goals, preferences, and travel plans.
- Craft clear, engaging member‑facing documentation, newsletters, and updates that keep the community informed and inspired.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine support processes, SOPs, and knowledge‑base articles to scale the team efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to convert leads into active members, ensuring Chapters maintain optimal occupancy.
- Analyze support metrics, member satisfaction scores, and sales conversion data to identify trends and drive strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and train future support specialists as the department expands.
- Participate in community events, both virtually and in‑person, to stay connected with the lived experience of our members.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer success, client experience, or support role, preferably within a remote‑first or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in a sales or business‑development capacity, with a track record of converting leads into paying customers.
- Exceptional written communication skills; flawless grammar, persuasive storytelling, and an ability to tailor tone to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational abilities—capable of juggling multiple priorities, maintaining meticulous records, and delivering on deadlines.
