Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

The Remote Student Success Coach is the heart of arenaflex’s student experience. You will serve as a trusted mentor, guiding learners from enrollment through graduation, ensuring they stay motivated, overcome obstacles, and develop the skills needed for lifelong success. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will engage with students via phone, email, and our proprietary learning platform, delivering personalized support that drives retention, satisfaction, and academic achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Outreach & Coaching: Conduct proactive, scheduled outreach (daily, weekly, and as needed) to a portfolio of assigned students, providing encouragement, academic guidance, and resources that keep them on track toward degree completion.
• Enrollment & Retention Support: Assist prospective and current students with the enrollment process, answer admissions‑related questions, and help resolve any barriers that could impede progress.
• Academic Advising: Explain arenaflex’s academic policies, degree requirements, and course sequencing; help students create realistic study plans that align with their personal and professional goals.
• Career Development Services: Serve as a certified resume reviewer, offering constructive feedback, interview preparation, and career‑planning advice; guide students toward internal and external career resources.
• Resource Navigation: Teach students how to leverage arenaflex’s digital library, tutoring centers, technical support, and community forums to maximize their learning experience.
• Liaison Functions: Act as the bridge between students and internal departments (financial aid, technical support, faculty, and counseling) to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Data & Documentation: Accurately record all student interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, track progress metrics, and generate reports that inform continuous improvement initiatives.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training, webinars, and certification programs to stay current on higher‑education trends, technology tools, and best practices in student support.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or international equivalent) is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in academic advising, admissions support, customer service, human resources, or counseling.
• Demonstrated knowledge of higher‑education policies, enrollment procedures, and student lifecycle management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a warm, professional phone demeanor.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, enabling accurate documentation and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Proven ability to learn new technical platforms quickly and adapt to evolving processes.
