Why This Role Matters

As an Account Supervisor within the arenaflex Retail Commercial Enterprise Services (RCS) – Vendor Success Program (VSP) Group, you will be at the heart of our vendor‑management strategy. You will partner directly with high‑performing sellers, internal product teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, improve seller performance, and enhance the overall buyer experience on the arenaflex marketplace. This is a remote, live‑chat‑enabled position based in Barbados, offering a competitive hourly rate of $35 and the opportunity to shape the future of a fast‑growing e‑commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Commercial Growth

  • Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure vendor success, marketplace health, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute initiatives that increase seller revenue and marketplace share.
  • Lead the creation of business‑strategy recommendations that align with arenaflex’s long‑term objectives, balancing short‑term wins with sustainable, long‑term value.

Vendor Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with a portfolio of high‑value sellers, acting as their primary point of contact for strategic guidance, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular vendor health checks, leveraging data insights to surface strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between sellers and internal teams (e.g., fulfillment, advertising, compliance) to ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Analyze seller feedback, market trends, and internal metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements that streamline workflows and reduce friction.
  • Drive the design, documentation, and scaling of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across multiple functional groups, ensuring consistency and repeatable success.
  • Lead root‑cause analysis for performance issues, develop corrective action plans, and monitor implementation to guarantee measurable improvements.

Data Entry & Live‑Chat Support

  • Accurately input and maintain critical vendor data within arenaflex’s internal systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Provide real‑time assistance to sellers via live chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical problems, and delivering timely solutions.
  • Document interactions and outcomes in the CRM to build a knowledge base that supports continuous learning and future reference.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in client‑facing or seller‑management roles, with a proven track record of driving commercial outcomes through relationship building and negotiation.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify performance drivers, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM platforms, data‑entry tools, and live‑chat software; adept at learning new systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate ROI and uncover growth insights.
