Your Responsibilities As an evening remote chat support agent, your primary responsibilities will include

• Providing customer service via live chat for users needing support during evening hours
• Resolving questions about orders, billing, subscriptions, and promotions
• Using templates and saved replies to respond quickly and consistently
• Tagging each conversation for internal tracking and analytics
• Escalating complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary
