About the role If you are motivated by the opportunity to influence the way organizations utilize Microsoft 365 and AI technologies, the Modern Workplace Architect I position offers a platform to design and deliver advanced collaboration and productivity solutions for both clients and internal teams. This role is well suited for Microsoft 365 professionals seeking to expand their expertise and transition into an architectural capacity, working under the mentorship of senior architects, adopting industry best practices, and contributing to the development of modern, AI-driven workplace solutions. As an Architect I you will: Support the design and documentation of Microsoft 365 solutions, including M365 Copilot, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive. Translate business requirements into clear, scalable technical designs with guidance from senior architects. Assist with configuration, customization, migration, and deployment of M365 workloads across client and internal environments. Partner with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with governance, compliance, and performance standards. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 4–5 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft 365 in a technical, engineering, or administrative role.
