Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Work Authorization: Must have the legal right to work in India.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English, with excellent written and oral fluency.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operational hours, including early mornings, late evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
  • Rotating Shifts: Willingness and ability to work in rotating shift schedules.
  • Workspace: Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, including a dedicated office area with a desk and chair.
