  • Documenting Customer Interactions: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with fellow associates, team leads, and cross-functional partners to identify recurring issues, suggest process improvements, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Staying Informed: Keep up to date with arenaflex product updates, promotional campaigns, policy changes, and platform enhancements to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
