Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

  • Booking Management: Assist customers with the full booking lifecycle, including initial service requests, scheduling modifications, cancellations, and rescheduling as needed
  • Service Provider Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to our network of service providers regarding work orders, policy clarification, and operational questions
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Help customers and service providers navigate and resolve software-related issues with our booking platform and applications
  • Remote Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of our fully distributed team, utilizing communication and collaboration technologies to stay connected
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management system

Compensation & Benefits
