Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for incoming live chat inquiries, delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate information to prospective clients and existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with property‑management teams to understand demographic trends, branding guidelines, and booking objectives, ensuring chat conversations align with strategic goals.
  • Translate sales strategies into actionable chat scripts, setting clear sales targets for each interaction and tracking performance against those goals.
  • Assist the booking team by sharing critical information with Contract Managers, including drafting, tracking, and summarizing deal points for a variety of venues and events.
  • Serve as arenaflex’s liaison to talent agencies, coordinating audition processes, and ensuring flawless execution from initial contact through final selection.
  • Maintain and update detailed reports and spreadsheets that capture chat metrics, lead conversion rates, and scheduling activities, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Prepare inventory orders for bar and concession areas, ensuring stock levels meet pre‑determined par thresholds to support event operations.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for event scheduling, including the creation of pro‑formas, offers, tour histories, contract administration, and post‑event summaries.
  • Host industry and civic leaders at high‑profile events, delivering a polished and professional virtual presence that reflects arenaflex’s brand standards.
  • Manage the agent channel portfolio, proactively identifying and mitigating potential conflicts with other sales team members.
  • Educate the sales team on new product offerings, gathering feedback to refine future releases and improve market positioning.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in live chat support, customer service, or a related sales‑focused role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a remote environment.
  • Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
