Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve complex, escalated inquiries, ensuring that each case is closed with a clear resolution and documented steps.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions in our CRM, capturing details that enable trend analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, reproduce, and report bugs or platform issues to the development team, supplying detailed logs, screenshots, and replication steps.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing departments to coordinate cross‑functional solutions and guarantee a seamless customer experience.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback on arenaflex’s products, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product roadmaps and service enhancements.

Essential Qualifications
