Position Overview

The Customer Engagement Manager at arenaflex plays a pivotal role in shaping how customers experience our brand across every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Customer Engagement Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the customer engagement team to consistently deliver exceptional, personalized service that reflects arenaflex's commitment to excellence.
  • Develop and execute forward-thinking engagement strategies that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.
  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring every interaction reinforces the values and reputation of arenaflex.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams — including marketing, sales, operations, and product — to deliver a seamless, cohesive customer experience across all channels.
  • Design and implement innovative initiatives that elevate the overall customer experience and differentiate arenaflex in the marketplace.

Customer Insights and Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, surveys, and engagement metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies and measurable improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators and team progress.
  • Use data-driven decision making to continuously refine engagement tactics and optimize the customer journey.

Team Development and Culture Building

  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with arenaflex's brand standards.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment where team members feel empowered to thrive.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create growth plans that support individual career development.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and customer-first thinking throughout the engagement team.

Stakeholder and Partnership Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal collaborators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support customer acquisition campaigns, retention programs, and promotional initiatives.
  • Represent arenaflex in a professional and polished manner at industry events, conferences, and customer-facing engagements.
  • Uphold and protect the brand image of arenaflex in every customer interaction and public-facing communication.

Event Planning and Promotional Execution

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of customer events, promotions, and experiential campaigns.
  • Partner with creative and operational teams to design events that surprise, delight, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Measure the success of events and promotions through attendance, engagement, and post-event customer feedback.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in customer engagement, customer experience management, or a related leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing customer service or engagement teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, engagement metrics, and experience design principles.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement customer engagement strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into action.

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Multilingual capabilities or experience engaging with diverse, international customer bases.
  • Track record of designing and executing large-scale customer events or experiential marketing campaigns.
